Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Led the PeopleSoft Financials team in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Manage Financials Development Team Staff.
  • Provide expert-level support to the Finance team on all PeopleSoft Financials issues, both Functional and Technical.
  • Work with other departments to integrate PeopleSoft Financials with other enterprise systems.
  • Liaise with the client's service assurance team as required to work with the key business stakeholders, and in some cases work directly with the business stakeholders
  • Help with Organizational Change Management efforts as it is required for special projects like PUM and PeopleTools Upgrades
  • Work with the operational team to troubleshoot complex issues related to HCM to Financials integration, Financials to BI integration, and other integrations
  • Work with the Batch Team to decide how to deal with critical batch job failures.

 

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in the PeopleSoft Financials area.
  • Hands-on experience working as a Delivery Lead in the areas of Production Support, On-Call, Ticket resolution.
  • Good understating of Project Costing, General Ledger, Asset Management, Labor Distribution, Sales & Earnings, ARBIGI, etc.
  • Should have worked in Production support activities and enhancement engagements.
  • Should have performed year-end and month-end activities as part of Production support.
  • Working Experience in FSCM 9.2 and with People Tools 8.5x.
  • Strong experience in Oracle database and should have strong SQL skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience in driving & troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues.
