Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support our transition from customized classic pages to PeopleSoft Fluid, ensuring that our applications are responsive and deliver a consistent user experience across all devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft development and expertise in modernizing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of customized classic pages to the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Fluid pages and components to provide a modern, responsive user experience across different devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone).
  • Work closely with business analysts, end-users, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the PeopleSoft environment during the transition from classic to Fluid.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new Fluid pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Fluid pages with other systems and applications.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on PeopleSoft Fluid best practices and ensure adherence to responsive design principles.
  • Stay updated on the latest PeopleSoft features, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

 

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
  • Proven experience in customizing and migrating classic PeopleSoft pages to Fluid.
  • Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SQR.
  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid, including responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
