Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain PeopleSoft systems, including upgrades, patches, and general system maintenance.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system operates efficiently.
  • Perform data archival, masking, and backup tasks to adhere to data retention policies and protect sensitive information.
  • Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system availability and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain PeopleSoft databases, including performance tuning, security, and backup procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide clear and concise information, address concerns, and ensure project success.
  • Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies, tools, and industry trends to remain competitive and provide the best possible service.
 
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience
  • PeopleSoft Data Masking - must have relevant experience in at least 2 projects
  • DR and BCP planning and execution
  • Database tuning and performance
  • High level knowledge of the functions of the applications
  • SOX Compliance Audit
