Responsibilities

• Partner with Clients’ Site Reliability Engineers &  Deliver Automation, Monitoring/Alerting Optimization, Stability Improvements
• Incident Restoration and Performing regular application maintenance/health, Working with load-balanced high-traffic services, optimizing code, and automating routine tasks.
• Identify & document the root cause of issues and backtrack to the source of issues for resolution.
• Participate in agile practice such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutions sessions. 

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and managing automation solutions using Pega Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Proficient in designing and deploying bots and automating business processes with Pega Robotics.
• Knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with various systems, applications, and third-party tools.
• Strong ability to debug and optimize RPA processes for improved performance and reliability.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and ensure efficient automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots.
• Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems.
• Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology.

Preferred Exp/Skills

• Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.
• Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
