We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade Pega applications. The LSA will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior architects and developers. This role requires extensive expertise in Pega architecture, integration, and design patterns to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Pega applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices (e.g., Enterprise-Class Structure, Pega integration standards).
- Lead technical teams, review code, and guide developers on design decisions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to define requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Pega application development, with expertise in Pega PRPC, integrations (REST, SOAP), and large-scale implementations.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) required; Pega CSA and CSSA certifications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance. Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms, and decisioning capabilities.
