Roles & Responsibilities

• Proven experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore development teams on a daily basis.
• Skilled in creating reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and promote best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and development, including regular code reviews.
• Exposure to Pega BIX, Survey, and Robotic Automation is a plus.
• PCBA and PCDC certifications are desirable.

 

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (version 8.x).
• Must be a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) in Pega version 8.x or higher.
• Strong experience with Pega Constellation framework.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking domain.
• Proven experience working within industry-standard project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with working knowledge of JIRA.
