Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-class Pega solutions. The role requires technical leadership, architecture expertise, and the ability to drive Agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design and development of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Represent the client organization in technical discussions, design decisions, and solution architecture.
  • Design situational layer cakes, data models, and enterprise-class structures.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Pega development teams; conduct code and design reviews.
  • Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Kafka.
  • Enforce Pega guardrails and best practices, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and impact analysis.
  • Ensure production readiness, deployment planning, and post-deployment support.
  • Maintain documentation for technical specifications, design decisions, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, security policies, and regulatory requirements. 

 

Required Technical & Functional Skills
  • Pega LSA certified (minimum Level 1) with 8–10+ years of experience in Pega PRPC solutions.
  • Strong architecture and design skills, including situational layer cakes and enterprise-class structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega 8+, Object-Oriented concepts, Java, SQL, and Pega frameworks.
  • Expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka).
  • Strong knowledge of Pega security models: RBAC, ABAC, CBAC.
  • Experience in performance tuning and scalable solution design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving Pega best practices.
  • Experience in banking or financial services projects is a plus
