Pega CDH Developer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Build and optimize decision strategies, engagement policies, adaptive models, and predictive analytics.
• Develop Pega rules, flows, data models, and decisioning components aligned to business requirements.
• Integrate Pega CDH with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other integration patterns for data ingestion and outbound communications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design and development, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and Pega guardrails.
• Conduct design/code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
• Ensure production readiness including performance tuning, deployment support, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Maintain documentation for design, technical decisions, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pega development, with 4+ years in Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Strong expertise in Pega Decisioning Framework, NBA Designer, and Customer Profile Designer.
• Experience with Pega 8.x or higher.
• Hands-on knowledge of adaptive models, predictive analytics, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ).
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Pega certifications (CPDC / CSA / CSSA) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• API development and debugging experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise banking environments.
