Pega Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into PEGA functional specifications, case designs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers on workflows, case types, and rules.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and enterprise practices.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Business Analyst background.
• Hands-on experience as a PEGA Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.
• Experience in large enterprise or regulatory environments.
• Exposure to onshore-offshore delivery models.
