Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and integrating enterprise-level applications using various tools and technologies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Pega solutions, working with offshore teams, and supporting the integration of systems in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions for large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Pega and external systems using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools.
  • Work closely with developers to implement system features and ensure high-quality deployment through continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Leverage your experience in financial services to develop solutions tailored to the needs of clients in this industry.
  • Support the development and integration of Microsoft BizTalk server for enterprise-level workflows.
  • Manage and collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS) for deployment, and incorporate containerization technologies like Docker to support scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain WCF services for integrating distributed systems and applications.
  • Use tools such as GIT for version control and Jenkins/Terraform for automation, testing, and deployment.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools.
  • 1+ years experience in financial services or working with clients in the financial sector.
  • 1+ years of development and/or support experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server.
  • 1+ years of experience working with offshore development teams.
  • Strong experience with .NET Framework and server-side development.
  • Proficiency in WCF service development for web services and system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of HTTP and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience developing applications in .NET Core.
  • Hands-on knowledge of containerization and experience with Docker Containers.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, and Terraform for version control, automation, and infrastructure management.
