Detailed Job Description:

·       Provide technical support for users of the 3DEXPERIENCE 2018x+ platform across various modules

·       Knowledge of MQL, TCL scripting, JSPs, JPO

·       Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues.

·       Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.

·       Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively address recurring issues.

·       Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption.

·       Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.

·       Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

·       Assist in software installations, configurations, and compatibility checks.

·       Stay updated on new 3D technologies, applications, and industry trends.

·       Co-ordinate with offshore team on tickets resolution.

·       Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years total experience; 5+ years relevant experience
