Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PCs, servers, and network devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform installations, configurations, and routine maintenance
• Support hardware repairs (warranty and non-warranty)
• Monitor systems, apply patches, and validate configuration changes
• Assist with large-scale deployments and user training
• Travel daily using ADOT vehicle to support remote sites
• Maintain documentation and follow IT ticketing procedures

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Server 2008/2012, backups, and SCOM 2012 R2
• Understanding of networking and troubleshooting basics
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean 39-month driving record
• Ability to obtain ACJIS certification (includes fingerprint background check)
