Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines in Foundry for SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS, ERP
• Develop real-time sensor/IoT data pipelines
• Integrate structured/unstructured data and automate ingestion/validation
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (NERC CIP, FERC)
• Implement security and access controls in Foundry
• Support data scientists and analysts with reliable datasets
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and optimize performance for high-volume data

Required Technical / Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry development and data integration
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry-specific frameworks
• Knowledge of utility domain systems: SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS
• 3+ years in data engineering or related roles (utilities/energy sector preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark)
• Knowledge of grid modernization, DER integration, renewable forecasting
• Relevant Foundry or data engineering certifications
