<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Pre/Post call work support for Outreach Specialists and Junior Bankers</li>
<li>Create customer specific content (product mix, customer profile, tenure, other client details) for outreach contact&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform migration data entry for manual conversions including client entitlement set-up and support</li>
<li>Support in collection of documents</li>
<li>Outreach Support role can be potentially merged with the Backoffice post commencement of the Program</li>
