Responsibilities:

<li>Perform client outreach (calls, email, meetings), coordination, and associated reporting and tracking</li>
<li>Interact with Bank and clients to facilitate collection of documentation</li>
<li>Provide Level 1 triage and help desk coordination including post conversion support</li>
<li>Conduct critical client level due diligence, research and route information to other departments</li>
<li>Handle customer from first contact to onboarding completion</li>

<li>Effective communication skills for taking inbound and making outbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate, resolve disputes and be capable of deviating from scripts while ensuring compliance to policies.</li>
<li>Moderate understanding of Treasury Management and Payments products</li>
