Required Skills

• Strong understanding of OMS architecture & security (OSI OMS preferred)
• Experience with OSI Compass Mobile, OMS, and DMS (preferred)
• Knowledge of Field Mobility, Switching Management, and Network Topology
• Experience in Utility T&D domain
• Understanding of GIS network model management
• Knowledge of SCADA/OMS/DMS integrations
• Linux administration and C# knowledge
• Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain OMS and OMS Mobile applications
• Provide L1/L2 support, resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and bug fixes.
• Monitor system health and implement proactive monitoring
• Coordinate with business, GIS, and vendor teams
• Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues
• Support minor enhancements using Open Calc
• Ensure compliance with NERC and industry standards
• Provide operational reports and support global delivery model.
