Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Application configuration changes, build, and deployment as per user specifications on the OSI PI product.
• Conduct RCA on critical issues in less turnaround time.
• Perform standard support-related operations on OSI PI product data uploads, application monitoring checks, report extraction, etc.
• Collaborate with product vendors and resolve product issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve support issues.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PI Asset Framework and event frames.
• Perform detailed data analysis, and data validation and identify data quality issues

Required Skills/Qualification

• Experience in customizing applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular, and SQL (valuable).
• Experience in the implementation of OSI-PI-based systems.
• Knowledge of validation process and documentation (GMP/FDA) (valuable).
• Integration of equipment into OSI PI system via OPC-DA, OPC-UA, PI RDBMS, PI UFL.
• Good knowledge of PI AF structure and PI tags, standards definition, Implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
