Lead the development and enhancement of custom solutions across ORMB modules (e.g., Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business Components, UI Maps, etc.).
Design and develop inbound/outbound interfaces and APIs for integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Oversee the development and testing of components in Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Pricing, Delinquency, and related modules.
Mentor junior developers and assist with functional and technical issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage system configurations, installations, deployments, and upgrades in both production and non-production ORMB environments.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with testing teams during various phases (SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

5+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) within the Healthcare domain.
Proficiency in BI Publisher, data analysis, and query writing across multiple data platforms.
Strong development background in implementing ORMB Healthcare modules.
Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and related configurations.
Experience with inbound/outbound batch interfaces and API integrations between ORMB and external systems.
Deep understanding of ORMB functional modules: Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Pricing (SSL/ASL/Level Funding), Billing, Payments, and Delinquency.
Familiarity with job scheduling and ORMBA is a plus.

Required Skills - ORMB technical expertise, including experience with algorithms, batch jobs, business components, UI maps, and API development.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, JSON, Oracle Database, RESTful APIs, Web Services (SOAP), and configuration tools like MO, BO, and BPA scripts.
Understanding of Oracle Utilities Framework, Java-based components, and service scripts.
