Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of custom ORMB solutions across various modules.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces and APIs to integrate ORMB with other applications.
• Ensure the development and testing of components across modules such as Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Pricing, Delinquency, and Interfaces.
• Guide junior developers on functional/technical issues to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
• Manage system configurations, application environments, and support ORMB installations, deployments, and upgrades in both production and non-production environments.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best coding practices.
• Collaborate with testing teams throughout SIT, UAT, performance, and regression phases.
• Provide weekend and on-call support as needed.

Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Healthcare domain.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and writing complex queries to extract, analyze, and summarize data from multiple platforms.
• Development experience in implementing ORMB solutions in Healthcare domain.
• Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and experience in building batch interfaces (inbound and outbound) to ORMB.
• Experience in developing APIs to integrate ORMB with external applications and online customer portals.
• Strong functional/technical understanding of ORMB modules including Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Delinquency, and Pricing (SSL/ASL/Level Funding).
• ORMB Technical Expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, JSON, Oracle Database, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Web Services (SOAP).
• Familiarity with ORMB configuration tools such as MO, BO, Business Service, Service Scripts, Plug-In Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, UI Map, and Portals.
• Knowledge of Java-based algorithms, batch jobs, change handlers, and business entities.
• Familiarity with job schedulers and ORMBA is a plus
