Key Responsibilities

• Utilize ADKAR and other change management methodologies to support organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans that utilize various channels.
• Create Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance, and User Adoption Plans.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Manage change on projects developed using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Support the implementation of the Masterworks tool.
• Set up and manage training sessions, including virtual sessions using MS Teams and managing breakout rooms.
• Perform all OCM activities, including developing communication plans, communication strategies, and organizational change strategies.
• Conduct ADKAR assessments to evaluate change readiness and progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, including the use of ADKAR methodology.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Teams and managing breakout rooms.
• Prosci certification is preferred.
• Advanced experience with MS Products, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
