Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with 7+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, with experience in culture transformation, legal operations, procurement transformation, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), or regulatory initiatives. A strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption is essential.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies and adoption plans.
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication, and training initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-level environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Create and implement communication, engagement, and training plans to drive user adoption.
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to support organizational readiness.
  • Measure change effectiveness through adoption metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance across impacted business units.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and change readiness sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, project goals, and change management activities.
  • Develop executive presentations, communication materials, and training documentation.
  • Support organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting culture transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Legal Operations, Procurement Transformation, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives.
  • Background in Corporate Communications.
  • Prosci or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification.
