Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support and execute end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for IT projects and operational initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and change readiness activities.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Perform change impact assessments and identify organizational risks.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support training development and delivery.
  • Monitor change adoption, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes.
  • Promote agile practices, continuous improvement, and organizational adaptability.
  • Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and change management documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of Organizational Change Management experience, including 2–3 years supporting IT initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with:

    • Communication & Engagement Planning
    • Change Impact Analysis
    • Training Needs Analysis & Development
    • Change Measurement & Adoption
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate change-related risks.
