• Provide expert consulting services for Oracle XStore Point-of-Service (POS) implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions using XStore and related Oracle Retail products.
• Provide daily production support for Oracle XStore Point-of-Sale (POS) application, ensuring smooth retail operations across stores.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS transactions, hardware integration, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential disruptions or outages.
• Work closely with business users, store personnel, and IT teams to understand and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes or improvements.
• Support patch deployments, configuration changes, and software upgrades in coordination with release and deployment teams.
• Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors for advanced issue resolution or system enhancements.
• Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement.
