·       Candidate must be in Nashville US location / need to travel to client location in Nashville 3days a week

·       Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

·       8+ years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS.

·       Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS.

·       Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications.

·       Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems.

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed

·       Onsite-Offshore coordination and work management

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions.

·       Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and integration tasks.

·       Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.

·       Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle XStore POS.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

·       Mentor and guide developers, conduct technical workshops and training sessions.

·       Stay updated with emerging technologies and Oracle XStore enhancements.
