Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle XStore POS implementations, configurations, and customizations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
  • Integrate XStore with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
  • Conduct gap analysis, facilitate process design workshops, and recommend POS best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
  • Develop and review technical documentation such as functional specs, configuration guides, and test plans.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues across multiple environments.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client IT teams.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation system tuning and enhancements.
  • Stay current with Oracle Retail product updates and industry trends.

 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Oracle XStore POS implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS operations.
  • Experience with system integration (ERP, CRM, payment systems).
  • Proficient in conducting workshops, gap analysis, and process design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Willingness to support post-go-live operations and continuous improvements.
