Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle XStore POS implementations, configurations, and customizations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Integrate XStore with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Conduct gap analysis, facilitate process design workshops, and recommend POS best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Develop and review technical documentation such as functional specs, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues across multiple environments.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client IT teams.
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation system tuning and enhancements.
- Stay current with Oracle Retail product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Oracle XStore POS implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS operations.
- Experience with system integration (ERP, CRM, payment systems).
- Proficient in conducting workshops, gap analysis, and process design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Willingness to support post-go-live operations and continuous improvements.
