On-site Production Support - Should perform VCP & Demantra admin tasks from customer location.

Provide subject matter expertise for Microsoft Windows Infrastructure, including hardware, software, common services, process improvement, and standardization
Awareness of monitoring tools like OEM.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Should have experience in the Demantra application administration.
A good knowledge of SALES_DATA and MFP_MATRIX tables is required.
Experience and deep knowledge of Oracle Demantra Support, patching, Maintenance & Enhancements, and rollout projects.
Need to be proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging, Design, and reviews.
Oracle Demantra experience in configuration, administration, & Support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Oracle EBS Installations, testing, tuning, maintaining, designing, and documenting supporting systems, utility programs, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of local and remote computer system diagnostic tools
