Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance VBCS applications, dashboards, and reusable components.
• Create and maintain OIC integrations with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and external systems.
• Utilize REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and flat file payloads for integrations.
• Support modules including Financials (AP, AR, PPM) and HCM (Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences).
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize VBCS pages and OIC integrations.
• Implement error handling, logging, and data validation mechanisms.
• Produce technical documentation and provide guidance to teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years VBCS development experience.
• 5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
• 3+ years experience with OIC integrations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle modules, interfaces, and data structures.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Oracle certifications in VBCS, OIC, or Cloud ERP/HCM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
