Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management SME with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional and technical skills, coupled with a robust understanding of manufacturing domain processes and cloud-based ERP implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own both solution design and delivery for Oracle Supply Chain architecture.
  • Ensure architectural alignment across Oracle Cloud value chain applications.
  • Define integration and extensibility strategies leveraging PaaS and OIC.
  • Guide AI-enabled architecture using Oracle AI services.
  • Act as design authority on large-scale transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and OCI teams to ensure end-to-end coherence.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
  • 15+ years, preferably with a Big 4-style enterprise architecture background.
  • Specialization in Oracle Fusion SCM – Planning Cloud (Supply Planning).
  • General understanding of other Oracle Cloud value-chain applications, including Costing.
  • Strong Manufacturing domain knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of PaaS / OIC; development experience is preferred.
  • Clear understanding of Oracle AI capabilities. Certification in Oracle is mandatory.
  • At least one large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation project is required.
  • Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and project estimations.
Preferred Managerial & Industry Skills
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and large-scale Oracle implementations.
  • Certifications in AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI are highly desirable.
  • Experience collaborating with top-tier Oracle Cloud implementation partners (per analyst reports).
  • Strong working relationship with Oracle teams.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry processes, best practices, and trends.
  • Awareness of competitive ERP products and market dynamics.
