We are seeking an experienced Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC) SME / TPO to lead subscription management solution design, implementation, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and Oracle Fusion applications, with strong functional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC).
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle modules including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), and Install Base.
- Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and SaaS billing models.
- Understanding of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
- Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test cases, and solution documentation.
- Strong stakeholder communication, client management, and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional solution designs.
- Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discounting logic.
- Manage the complete subscription lifecycle, including creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Ensure seamless integration with Oracle OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base, and external systems.
- Drive SIT and UAT activities, troubleshoot production issues, and provide post-go-live support.
- Lead contract conversion and migration activities into OSMC.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for subscription management, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition best practices.
- Coordinate and lead offshore teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Manage customer communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct user training sessions and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
