Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end subscription implementations, drive functional design, and act as a key advisor for SaaS billing and revenue recognition processes.

Must Have Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Experience with Oracle modules: Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR) , Revenue Management (RMCS) and Install Base.
  • Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management: Product catalogs and services , Pricing and rating models, Billing and invoicing, Renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and proration.
  • Experience with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
  • Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and test cases
  • Experience in contract-to-subscription conversion in OSMC
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs for subscription models (recurring, usage-based, hybrid)
  • Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud including pricing rules, billing schedules, discounting, and proration logic
  • Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes including creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure seamless integration with OM, AR, RMCS, and external systems
  • Drive SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
  • Conduct user training and support change management activities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and manage delivery execution
  • Handle client communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams
