We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Delivery Manager with a strong technical and managerial background in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products, particularly in SCM or Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle solutions, managing customer engagements, and ensuring delivery excellence in a Managed Services environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion customer engagements in a Managed Delivery environment.
- Oversee the implementation, support, and operational aspects of Oracle SCM and Finance modules.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Oracle Technology products and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, standard methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage communications with CXO-level stakeholders, particularly in the Manufacturing sector.
- Provide contract governance and ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, driving excellence in service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products, preferably SCM or Finance.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Technology Products and architecture.
- Experience in leading large-scale customer implementations and support engagements.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes; PMP or ITIL certifications preferred.
Managerial & Leadership Skills
- Proven experience in managing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong contract governance and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
