Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and configure role-based access controls (RBAC) within Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Implement and manage security roles, privileges, data access policies, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
• Conduct security risk assessments and regularly audit access controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Work closely with HR, IT, Compliance, and Audit teams to gather requirements and align security configurations with business needs.
• Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across Oracle HCM applications.
• Investigate and resolve security-related incidents, anomalies, or access issues in Oracle HCM.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and Oracle Support on enhancements, patches, and security updates.
• Create and maintain security documentation, including design specifications, process flows, test plans, and SOPs.
• Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly patch reviews and regression testing focused on security impacts.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud security or Oracle EBS HCM security.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
• Expertise in configuring abstract, job, and data roles, and managing role hierarchies and inheritance.
• Experience with security audit tools, logs, and reporting for compliance and access review purposes.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Security Console, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Familiarity with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or equivalent GRC tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
