Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and configuration expertise for Oracle SCM products, including Purchasing, Inventory, Requisitioning Self Service Procurement, Extended Purchase Price, RF Smart, and GHX solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Material Management business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Work with Scheduled Processes, Workflow Rules, and system-driven configurations to optimize system performance and business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve complex system-related issues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimization of Oracle SCM products.
  • Assist in change management processes and ensure smooth implementation of system changes.
  • Manage project coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes through effective use of Oracle SCM systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle SCM products such as Purchasing, Inventory, Requisitioning Self Service Procurement, Extended Purchase Price, RF Smart, and GHX solutions.
  • Proven experience with Oracle SCM Scheduled Processes and Workflow Rules.
  • In-depth experience with system configurations and optimizations within the Oracle SCM environment.
  • Experience working with Oracle Support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with change management, project coordination, and system troubleshooting.
