Oracle RMS - Tech Support Lead

Job Description:

·       The resource must have solid exposure to the Retail domain, particularly Oracle Retail products such as RMS, ReSA, and ReIM, along with related technologies such as Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ProC, and Unix Shell Scripting.

·       The role involves end-to-end management of support services, including Batch support, Incident management, Problem management, Enhancements, and escalation handling. It also includes managing additional small to mid-sized projects within the Retail Accounting domain.

·       The candidate should possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
