-Possess good Product Knowledge on Oracle Retail Merchandising & Pricing

-It will be an added advantage if the candidate possess knowledge on Oracle Retail Version 9.x

- Must have hands-on experience on Oracle PL/SQL, Pro*C/Forms11g programming

-Will have to work with client’s retail systems, analyze, and determine the best solution approach related to the Project requirements

-Will own the responsibility of ensuring that solution implementations are completed within the standards and guidelines defined by the Client.

-He/She is also the technical for Cognizant in areas that needs extreme designing, analytical and programing skills. He will be uniquely positioned as the techno functional consultant with the client and will work closely with the business team in order to understand the business needs related to the Project requirements.

-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data/information, actively listen, and verbalize ideas effectively.

-Ability to build the test cases/plans based on the functionality to be tested, including the test execution, defect logging/tracking and then communicate the test result with the appropriate stake holders.

-Should involve in cross team coordination between multiple stake holders and drive the overall progress of the project

-Build positive working relationships with clients at all times and managing their expectations
