We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle Retail applications. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in retail operations and hands-on experience with core Oracle Retail modules, including RMS, ReIM, RPM, WMS, and POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, ReIM, RPM, SIM, and POS.
• Facilitate integration between Oracle Retail and other ERP/legacy systems.
• Lead and support system testing activities (SIT/UAT) and manage post-go-live support.
• Drive process improvements in merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and store operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical developers, and QA teams.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Retail applications.
• Deep functional knowledge of retail business processes, including merchandising, procurement, pricing, inventory management, replenishment, and POS operations.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Retail implementation.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
