Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials R2R processes including GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, and financial close activities.
  • Design and support subledger-to-ledger accounting flows and ensure accurate financial postings and reconciliations.
  • Implement and maintain accounting transformations using Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
  • Support integrations and data flows using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and related Oracle tools.
  • Manage GL migrations, balance loads, asset conversions, and cash/bank data migrations.
  • Support financial reporting and consolidation requirements using FCCS/EPBCS, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders on large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-currency, multi-ledger, and multi-region (NA, EMEA, APAC) accounting requirements.
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and ensure system readiness post-upgrade.
  • Provide client-facing functional leadership, documentation, and solution guidance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of ERP experience, including 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in GL, FA, CM, SLA, Intercompany, and R2R processes.
  • Deep understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting and financial close cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
  • Experience with Oracle integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong experience in financial data migration and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience supporting global/multi-region Oracle Cloud implementations and updates.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification.
  • Experience with FCCS and EPBCS for consolidation and planning.
  • Exposure to large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
