Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as an Oracle EBS subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems.
• Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues from inception through to resolution 
• Prepare technical and functional documentation. 
• Creating and Maintaining Custom and Standard Workflow. 

 

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of Implementation and/or Support experience in Oracle R12 EBS Human Resource module.
• R12 Experience is mandatory with a minimum of 1 - 2 Implementations and/or Support experience on Core HR, and Self-Service HR modules.
• Good understanding of Oracle HRMS EBS HR Security, Oracle Alerts, Oracle WebADIs, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher Reports
• knowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting is a plus.
• Must have prior experience in HRMS process flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POCs and demos for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
• Must have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems
• Good knowledge of HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation OR Support projects is expected.
• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) development activities in HRMS modules.
