Act as an Oracle EBS subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
Design, develop, and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems.
Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues from inception through to resolution
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Creating and Maintaining Custom and Standard Workflow.
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 4-6 years of Implementation and/or Support experience in Oracle R12 EBS Human Resource module.
R12 Experience is mandatory with a minimum of 1 - 2 Implementations and/or Support experience on Core HR, and Self-Service HR modules.
Good understanding of Oracle HRMS EBS HR Security, Oracle Alerts, Oracle WebADIs, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher Reports
knowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting is a plus.
Must have prior experience in HRMS process flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POCs and demos for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
Must have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems
Good knowledge of HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation OR Support projects is expected.
Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) development activities in HRMS modules.
