We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with Eagle Data Model expertise to design, develop, and support database solutions for security reference data, corporate actions, entitlement processing, and fund accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle database development skills, experience with the Eagle platform, and the ability to build scalable data solutions for high-volume financial systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions supporting security reference data, corporate actions, and fund accounting processes.
- Develop, debug, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions for mission-critical applications.
- Work with Eagle data model structures, database tables, and downstream data consumption requirements.
- Build and enhance data ingestion pipelines and transformation processes across Eagle RDC and Eagle Automation Center.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes to ensure data reliability and operational stability.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate security master and corporate action requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system performance through tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
- Establish development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation using tools such as Confluence and Git.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Oracle Database development and PL/SQL programming.
- Hands-on experience with Eagle product data model and related investment data processes.
- Experience developing and optimizing stored procedures, packages, functions, and complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of security reference data, corporate actions, entitlement processing, and fund accounting concepts.
- Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, indexing, and database optimization.
- Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical financial applications.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, Git, and technical documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Eagle RDC and Eagle Automation Center.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or investment accounting domains.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration and data pipeline frameworks.
- Experience supporting production systems and regulatory/audit-driven environments.
