Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support PeopleSoft applications using tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker.
• Design and implement workflows using Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and Application Messaging.
• Create and customize user interfaces with Fluid UI and handle Reporting and Process Scheduler configurations.
• Utilize Application Packages, Data Mover, File Layouts, and Component Interfaces for complex integrations and data transactions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements or resolve production issues.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution, independently managing support tasks and service requests.
• Build and maintain documentation and reusable knowledge base for long-term application support and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules, especially: Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor
• Solid functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR setups and processes
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis within the PeopleSoft environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface across business and technical teams
• Experience with integration and workflow design within PeopleSoft.
• Proven ability to manage workload and deliver results independently.
