We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) Consultant with specialized knowledge in the Homebuilder Management module. This role will support the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise processes across various construction lifecycle stages for large-scale building operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction industry workflows and be adept at configuring JDE E1 applications to meet organizational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize end-to-end construction processes through JDE E1 Homebuilder Management.
- Configure and integrate the JDE EnterpriseOne Homebuilder system with other E1 applications to support seamless data exchange and enterprise-wide process alignment.
- Manage core aspects of the building lifecycle, including:
- Entry of bid contracts and takeoffs
- Sales order processing
- Lot and project management
- Voucher creation, routing, and approval
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure effective use of JDE E1 systems.
- Provide both functional and technical guidance for Homebuilder Management implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities for JDE E1 configurations and integrations.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Homebuilder Management module.
- Strong working knowledge of construction and building operations, including project lifecycles and financial workflows.
- Practical expertise in:
- System integration
- Bid and contract management
- Lot/project tracking
- Sales order and voucher processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for working with business and technical teams.
- Experience in consulting or working with large enterprise clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in financial, construction, or real estate industry environments.
- Previous experience with EY, other Big 4 consulting firms, or large-scale implementation projects.
- JD Edwards certifications are a significant plus.
