Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments related to OIC and VBCS applications.
  • Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to address business enhancements or defects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical partners to gather and translate requirements into effective integration solutions.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing, identify defects, and assist in timely resolution.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to Oracle and industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers and team members in OIC and VBCS-related development and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, deployment procedures, and ongoing support guides.

 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Proficiency in building integrations using OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, etc.), process orchestrations, and data mappings.
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and associated protocols.
  • Experience in application maintenance and support (AMS) — including monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing integrations.
  • Working understanding of Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud modules and their integration best practices.
  • Experience with exception handling, logging frameworks, and resubmissions using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
