Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Oracle DRM solutions and their integration with EPM, ERP, and BI platforms.
• Manage hierarchy structures, metadata, and validation rules in Oracle DRM.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data migration and automation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
• Serve as the application design architect/lead and own end-to-end solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, and developers to ensure business requirements are met.
• Provide expert guidance on property categories, nodes, versions, hierarchies, and property management.
• Ensure compliance with audit and history tracking standards.
• Utilize tools like FDMEE, Essbase Excel Add-in, Smart View, and EDMCS to support metadata and data workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with onsite/offshore stakeholders.
• Document technical and functional processes and maintain up-to-date records.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion DRM.
• Strong hands-on expertise in managing hierarchies, metadata structures, and validations within DRM.
• Proven experience with FDMEE and integration of DRM with Oracle EPM/ERP/BI systems (exports/imports).
• Solid understanding of DRM components: Versions, Hierarchies, Nodes, Properties, and Property Categories.
• Experience with validation rule creation, scripting, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of audit trails, history tracking, and data governance best practices.
• Proficiency in Essbase Excel Add-in, Smart View, and EDMCS.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
