Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions, including HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex business logic and integrations using Oracle's built-in tools and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Oracle HCM systems.
• Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM systems.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in implementing HCM modules, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC, and Learn Management.
• Strong expertise in EPM Cloud, EDM, Calc script, and Groovy scripting.
• Knowledge 0 data model, Informatica ETL, and EBS.
• Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade/ Support experiences.
• Good Knowledge of the HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
• Knowledge of Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
