Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a Test Analyst for one of the applications built using Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Perform test activities for each sprint and ensure that the testing is performed as per the defined test
  strategy and testing processes.
• Develop test scripts utilizing business requirements/functional documentation & design specifications.
• Execute SIT test scripts, record actual results, document, and retest defects.
• Assist in test defect management process, monitor, and report on defect resolution.
• Develop test scripts for UAT scenarios identified by Product Owners, Business Process Leads, and Business.
• Identify and implement technical innovations that add value and improve the testing processes.

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports is required. Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI / RICEW.
• Hands-on experience in identifying test scenarios from requirements, writing test cases as well as executing them in tools like ALM.
• Hands-on experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing.
• Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution, and
  conducting defect triage meetings is required.
• Have hands-on experience in writing manual tests, executing test runs, SIT & UAT test planning & execution.
