We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect – Payroll & HCM Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and delivery, with deep expertise in Oracle Payroll (US) and broad functional knowledge across Oracle HCM modules. This role will serve as the overall solution owner, providing architectural leadership, ensuring compliance, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable HCM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture and design.
- Conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Define and govern best-practice Oracle HCM solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as the lead architect for Oracle Payroll (US), including taxation, garnishments, retro pay, payroll costing, balances, and payroll integrations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Oversee payroll testing, parallel runs, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, risk management, and cross-functional design decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers on scope, timelines, resources, and delivery.
- Mentor consultants and provide architectural guidance throughout implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud (US).
- Proven success leading multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream projects.
