Oracle HCM Solution Architect (Payroll and OTL with Fast Formulas)

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Should have min. 10-12 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Must have an understanding of Payroll and OTL with Fast Formulas
• Should be very well versed with US legislation
• Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• Should have good communication skills.
