Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a functional expert for Oracle ERP HCM modules, including Core HR, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), and Payroll. Provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
  • Work with technical teams to configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet the needs of the business, ensuring alignment with both operational and compliance requirements.
  • Support the integration of Oracle HCM modules with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality, ensuring that Oracle HCM modules perform as expected across all business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR business processes through the use of Oracle HCM, recommending and implementing system enhancements where needed.
  • Support change management initiatives, including the development and delivery of training materials, user guides, and other resources. Assist in the training of end-users and promote user adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Coordinate cutover activities and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system transitions during go-live periods.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP, with a specific focus on Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, OTL, Payroll).
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, process improvement, and change management within an Oracle ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, particularly within the healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and OTL.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to support project execution and timelines.
