• Production Support role for Oracle HCM Application
• Team is working on rolling out HR Applications – Oracle HCM
• Need someone to support Oracle applications.
• Will be resolving Performance Management, Goal Planning, Compensation, Benefits related tickets.
• Will be troubleshooting and resolving issues with the above modules.
• Will be working on patches, releases, and maintenance updates.
• Set up Performance and Compensation Cycles.
• More of a Support person who is resolving tickets.
• Majority work will be on Configuration and Troubleshooting
