Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with deep expertise in Talent Management and Compensation modules, while driving enterprise-wide HCM transformation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Architect, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with a focus on Talent Management and Compensation.
  • Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
  • Configure and optimize Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and Career Development.
  • Develop and support Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC integrations, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure HCM security, data architecture, integrations, and best practices are implemented.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including 3+ years as an HCM Architect or Lead Architect.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security, configuration, data model, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workforce Compensation & Compensation Cycles
    • Performance & Goal Management
    • Succession Planning & Talent Review
    • Career Development
    • Oracle Fast Formulas
    • HCM Extracts
    • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • REST & SOAP APIs
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
  • Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence Management.
  • Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and complex compensation structures.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
